Guests
No extra guests — limited space and private client experiences only.
Deposit
A non-refundable $40 deposit secures your booking. Remaining balance must be paid in cash or Zelle only.
Booking Policies
Schedule
Book at least 5 days ahead, that way you can prevent extra costs.
Cancellation
Same day — deposit lost and 50% of service charged.
Reschedule
You can reschedule once with your deposit in the same month. Reschedule up to 3 days before your original appointment. No exceptions!
Lateness
You have a 10 min grace period. After 10 min you will be charged a $20 fee. After 20 mins the appointment will be cancelled.

Wig / Hair Drop Off
All frontals, closures and wigs must be dropped off 4–5 days in advance or a fee will be charged.
Contact me for the address. Please do not come to the shop without prior knowledge.
